  • Minimum 3 years of B2B outdoor sales experience (mandatory).
  • Experience in water pumps or industrial equipment is a strong plus.
  • Strong technical understanding of pump systems, specifications, and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driving license; owning a car is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Residents of Obour or Cairo are preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Conduct B2B outdoor sales for water pumps and related products.
  • Identify and acquire new clients (contractors, factories, distributors, consultants).
  • Visit project sites to understand client requirements and propose suitable pump solutions.
  • Prepare technical and commercial offers for water pumping systems.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close sales deals successfully.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to provide accurate product selections.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor products in the pumps industry.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
