- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or relevant technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B outdoor sales experience (mandatory).
- Experience in water pumps or industrial equipment is a strong plus.
- Strong technical understanding of pump systems, specifications, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driving license; owning a car is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Residents of Obour or Cairo are preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Conduct B2B outdoor sales for water pumps and related products.
- Identify and acquire new clients (contractors, factories, distributors, consultants).
- Visit project sites to understand client requirements and propose suitable pump solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial offers for water pumping systems.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close sales deals successfully.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the technical team to provide accurate product selections.
- Monitor market trends and competitor products in the pumps industry.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
