Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Engineer - Civil Contracting
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong technical background in civil contracting and a solid track record in the UAE market (2+ years). The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and represent our technical capabilities with professionalism.
Desired Candidate Profile
Identify and pursue new leads within the civil contracting sector
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and developers
Conduct site visits and provide technical input
Prepare technical proposals and presentations
Coordinate with engineering and project teams
Achieve sales targets and submit regular reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years UAE sales experience in civil contracting/construction
Strong technical understanding of construction materials, methods, and drawings
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Valid UAE Driving License
