Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the concrete industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated market.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding our product range.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our concrete admixtures effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, or related field preferred).

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience, specifically within the concrete industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales to concrete plants.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete admixtures and their applications.
  • Valid driver s license.
  • Transferable residency in Kuwait.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
