Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the sales team by providing technical expertise for lighting solutions in signage and façade projects.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project lighting requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
Prepare technical proposals, lighting layouts, and product specifications for client submissions.
Assist in preparing quotations and cost estimates for lighting components such as LED modules, drivers, power supplies, and controllers.
Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure feasibility of proposed lighting solutions.
Present lighting concepts and technical explanations to clients during project discussions.
Identify opportunities for upselling advanced lighting systems, LED screens, façade lighting, and digital signage solutions.
Support the sales department in tender submissions and project documentation related to lighting systems.
Maintain communication with suppliers and vendors to obtain technical details and pricing for lighting materials.
Provide after-sales technical support and assist in resolving lighting-related issues for clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in lighting systems, LED solutions, or electrical installations (experience in signage or façade lighting is an advantage).
Knowledge of LED modules, drivers, power supplies, transformers, and electrical wiring.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, lighting layouts, and technical specifications.
Experience in coordinating with production, design, and installation teams.
Understanding of safety standards and electrical regulations.
Sales or client coordination experience will be considered an added advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and support project execution.
