SALES ENGINEER / EXECUTIVE - Civil / Fitouts VMGC

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for civil construction, interior fit-out, renovation, and turnkey projects across the UAE.

Generate leads through clients, consultants, designers, PMCs, contractors, and developers.

Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to clearly understand scope and pricing requirements.

Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, proposals, tenders, and pre-qualification documents.

Coordinate closely with estimation, design, and technical teams for accurate costing and scope clarification.

Conduct site visits, pre-bid meetings, and technical discussions with clients and consultants.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors from enquiry stage to contract award.

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, timelines, and payment conditions to successfully close projects.

Maintain and update sales pipeline, tender tracking, and regular progress reports to management.

Support smooth handover to project execution teams after award.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining company margins, quality standards, and professional ethics.
