Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for surface miners, trenchers, and related equipment.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with new customers across the mining, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase Tesmec’s equipment capabilities.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
  • Collaborate with the technical and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of heavy equipment, trenchers, or surface miners
  • Strong understanding of mining, construction, or utility infrastructure industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia.
