Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients in the furniture sector, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, ensuring optimal furniture solutions are proposed.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to architects, designers, and end-users.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to customize furniture offerings based on client specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable sales agreements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in furniture design and manufacturing.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote innox designs products and services.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform strategic planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
candidate profile:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales engineering, preferably within the furniture or interior solutions industry.
- Strong technical understanding of furniture products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals with B2B clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in an office environment.
