Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients in the furniture sector, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, ensuring optimal furniture solutions are proposed.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to architects, designers, and end-users.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to customize furniture offerings based on client specifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in furniture design and manufacturing.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote innox designs products and services.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform strategic planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

candidate profile:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales engineering, preferably within the furniture or interior solutions industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of furniture products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals with B2B clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in an office environment.
