Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients in the heavy equipment rental sector across Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively promote the company’s rental services (cranes, loaders, forklifts, generators, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate contracts, and close rental deals.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance business growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the heavy equipment rental sector within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong client network / customer base in construction, contracting, and industrial companies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of starting business development immediately.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama preferred.
