Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategy for the hospitality & real estate sector across key accounts and major projects.
  • Build strong relationships with hotel chains, developers, consultants, contractors, and operators.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive specification activities from early project stages.
  • Promote solutions including BMS, smart building technologies, power distribution, energy efficiency, and sustainability solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Coordinate with internal technical, marketing, and project teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hospitality investment pipelines.
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives.
  • Support strategic accounts and maintain long-term partnerships with key hospitality stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales/business development within hospitality, utilities, electrical, automation, or building technology industries.
  • Strong network within hotel developers, operators, consultants, and contractors.
  • Knowledge of building automation systems, LV solutions, energy management, GRMS and smart building technologies.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing large-scale hospitality & real estate projects is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong relationship-management skills.
  • Experience handling GCC or regional hospitality projects.
  • Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Commercially driven with consultative selling capabilities.
