Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, meet, and engage with new and existing clients to promote company services.
- Source new project leads, gather market intelligence, and participate in tendering and bidding across the UAE.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate the company’s products, services, and capabilities.
- Generate high-quality sales leads, conduct follow-ups, coordinate with design and estimation teams, negotiate pricing, finalize sales, and arrange deliveries.
- Apply solid technical knowledge of fit-out works and office furniture to support client requirements.
- Conduct site surveys, evaluate project conditions, and prepare accurate estimates and commercial offers.
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospects on submitted proposals to close orders effectively.
- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Office Furniture.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients clearly.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to work within a team environment.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
