Roles & Responsibilities

The role involves providing technical support for clients, delivering tailored sales presentations, understanding client requirements to propose suitable technical solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to meet organizational goals.

Regular responsibilities include demonstrating technical products, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support.

  • Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills, including the ability to understand and communicate technical product specifications
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively
  • Experience in Sales and a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Practical troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to address client challenges and provide solutions
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred
