Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets for electrical equipment and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand their technical requirements.
Present, promote, and demonstrate Kon ar s products and solutions to prospective customers.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate and feasible solutions are offered.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies and customer expectations.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product training and troubleshooting.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 2 years and up to 8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the electrical equipment or industrial solutions sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
Strong technical understanding of electrical products, systems, and solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events as required.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
