Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to customers, demonstrating how they meet their needs.
- Customer Consultation: Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions, ensuring that products meet system requirements.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support solution selling, model financial business cases, and manage technical aspects of proposals.
- Problem Solving: Assist clients in resolving issues with product usage and recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Sc. in Engineering Mech., Elec., Mechatronics, Oil & Energy.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the products and services being sold, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with clients.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales, with the ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and technical departments to ensure seamless transitions from sales to implementation.
