Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Building an efficient and professional relationship in coordination with the sales management for potential clients, contractors, consultants.
  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company s competitors and their activities in the marketplace.
  • Make presentations and perform product demonstrations.
  • Responsible for organizations and site visits and get new projects.
  • Presenting weekly and monthly reports and support in business needs requirements.
  • Identifying and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers by utilizing our product knowledge & applications experience in the HVAC market.
  • Responsible for achieving sales target, sales growth and increase market share.
  • Securing long-term & development of business relationships.
  • Ensures quality standards are maintained for both pre-sale and post-sale customer support and order fulfillment.
  • Build & retain relationships with new and existing customers, contractors, engineering and contracting firms.
  • Co-operate with company departments and technical offices.
  • Initiate sales process, pre-qualify customers and got sales through to order.
  • Co-operation of sales proposals, estimations and payment terms & plans.
  • Engaged and involved in all bids & tenders.
  • Provide technical and non-technical support to clients or other staff members.
  • Any other general task as assigned by the supervisor and/or his nominees to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as team player.
  • Strong motive to business growth.
  • Strong personal and negotiation skills with good presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
  • Have an extensive experience on handling consultant approvals and Vendor list.
  • Own a car is a plus.
  • Travel application 70%.
  • Excellent English is a must.
