Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Generation & Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing new accounts within the oil & gas and industrial sectors.

Technical Consultation: Analyze client equipment (compressors, gearboxes, turbines) to recommend the appropriate, high-performance lubricant products.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with technical staff, maintenance managers, and procurement officers to understand their needs.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Perform on-site lubrication audits, oil condition analysis, and provide after-sales technical support to resolve equipment issues.

Proposal & Tender Preparation: Prepare technical presentations, quotations, and bids to demonstrate the cost-benefit of products, focusing on total cost of ownership (TCO).

Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industrial developments to inform sales strategies.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of products.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a reputable university.

4-5 years of experience in industrial lubricants sales.

Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
