Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will work closely with business development and technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients and maintain Climake s reputation for excellence in service and product delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within the HVAC, heating, or cooling industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to a hybrid work arrangement.
