Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for BMS, low voltage panels, and fire alarm systems within target markets.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare and submit detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to design customized solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct site visits and technical surveys to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information for solution development.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, addressing client inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in BMS and fire alarm systems.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales team.

Skills:

  • Experience from 2 to 3 years in BMS.
  • Strong technical sales background with experience in client management and project follow-up.
  • Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and working within a team.
