Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging technical knowledge to promote company products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate the benefits of products and services to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure client specifications are met and solutions are feasible.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and reports for management and clients.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the engineering or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
