Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up leads in industrial / material handling equipment sector
  • Match client requirements with technical solutions and prepare proposals
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms
  • Coordinate with technical team for installations and after-sales support
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Manage car, fuel, and travel allowances responsibly

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales engineering, technical sales, or solutions engineering role.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales teams in the IT solutions or systems integration industry.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Experience preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs/RFQs.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel within the MENA region as required.
