Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting flooring, doors, kitchen units, and dressing units that fit their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed product knowledge and explain features, materials, and pricing.
Prepare and present quotations to customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain the showroom display and ensure all products are presented professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests.
Coordinate with the technical and installation team regarding orders and delivery schedules.
Previous experience in sales (experience in doors,floors, kitchens, or building materials is a strong plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Presentable, customer-focused, and reliable.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
