Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for fire alarm and firefighting systems within assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in both government and private sectors, understanding their technical needs and project requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client specifications and comply with Egyptian and NFPA codes.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility and gather technical data.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and tender documents in alignment with company standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in fire protection.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and reputation of Nile Company.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or engineering roles, ideally within the fire protection or electromechanical sector.
  • Strong understanding of fire alarm and firefighting systems, including relevant codes and standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
