Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Proactively acquire new clients through calls, visits, and factory/site meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to assess needs and promote our solutions.

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Handle quotations and follow up with clients to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed yearly sales targets and KPIs.

Market Development & Strategy

  • Implement business development strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and recommend new product or service developments.
  • Stay informed of competitor activities and market trends.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with internal departments (e.g., tenders, operations, technical teams) to align efforts and explore cross-selling opportunities.
  • Inform the tenders team of any relevant tenders in your area of practice.

Reporting & Planning

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, opportunities, and outcomes.

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must own a car and be willing to travel for client visits.
