Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support with solution selling into prospect account base.
  • plan, prepare and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Model the financial business case associated with each sale opportunity.
  • Successfully match customer requirements to proposed solutions.
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses.
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements.
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • 5 to 8 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the industrial equipment or compression systems sector.
  • Strong understanding of compression technology and industrial applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an office-based environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
