Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • The Steel Sales Engineer acts as the vital link between technical/engineering teams and commercial/sales operations.
  • The role involves providing customized technical solutions to clients, explaining product specifications (rebar, coils, sheets, pipes, structural steel, etc.)
  • Helping customers select the most suitable products for their projects, while achieving sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial offers
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Follow up on orders and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitors activities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical / Metallurgical / Industrial)
  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in steel or construction materials sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
  • Having a car is preferred
