Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their technical requirements and propose tailored WoodPro solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase WoodPro s capabilities.

Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client specifications are accurately translated into shop drawings and production plans.

Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize product functionality, cost, and manufacturability.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, contractors, and developers.

Coordinate with project management and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and on-site execution.

Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts in alignment with client requirements and company policies.

Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends using ERP/CRM systems.

Support after-sales activities, including addressing client feedback, coordinating service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical product details and solutions.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.

Experience preparing technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Familiarity with CAD drawings, shop drawings, and value engineering concepts.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using ERP/CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting.

Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations as required.

Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Desired Candidate Profile

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the furniture and fit-out sectors, targeting both B2B and B2C clients.

2+ years of proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related role within the furniture, interiors, or construction industry.
