Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

  • Promote and sell automation systems and solutions, including PLCs, SCADA, RTUs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial communication/networking products.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, order intake, and margin objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Participate in tenders, RFQs, and bid evaluations, ensuring both technical and commercial compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare accurate and customized solution proposals.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, guidance, and clarifications throughout the sales cycle.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify strategic opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related field).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in industrial automation or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, SCADA, RTUs, VFDs, and industrial networking.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
