Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell automation systems and solutions, including PLCs, SCADA, RTUs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial communication/networking products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, order intake, and margin objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Participate in tenders, RFQs, and bid evaluations, ensuring both technical and commercial compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare accurate and customized solution proposals.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, guidance, and clarifications throughout the sales cycle.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify strategic opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in industrial automation or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, SCADA, RTUs, VFDs, and industrial networking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
