Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

a) Develop sales strategy in line with the Company goals and targets.

b) Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with Potential clients. Ensure proper communication flow within the department to maximize efficiency and high service levels.

c) Maximize department’s profitability through sale of service contracts, labour hours and associated products.

d) Develop/ recommend marketing activities to support Company sales goals and targets.

e) Regularly conduct field visits and submit activity Reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

f) Actively participate in the preparation of annual marketing plans (initiatives/campaigns). Execute approved plans for the purpose

of enhancing brand recognition, increasing sales and meeting targets.

g) Highlight issues/opportunities, recommend and implement counter strategies to ensure competitive position is maintained.

h) Identify prospective customers by using business directories, strategically identify leads and opportunities.

i) Make use of the Salesforce software for sales and marketing activities.

j) Prospecting customers by identifying business opportunities, making appointments and conducting outdoor sales visits

as per business requirement and goals.

k) Recommend Sales & Marketing department improvements where necessary.

l) Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

m) Train and mentor the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.

a) Conduct and Review Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores, analyse, understand root causes and develop action plans to ensure

performance improvement and increased customer satisfaction.

b) Review customer satisfaction index (CSI)/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Reports monthly, suggest improvement

techniques and provide feedback on performance as needed to achieve the desired results as per principal’s standards.

c) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service as and when required.

d) Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction whilst maximizing profits.

e) Improve the quality of customer service and retention as per company vision, mission and strategies.

f) Ensure that all customer queries are addressed promptly, courteously and professionally always.

g) Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and in a timely manner & resolve complaints with sensitivity.

h) Monitor customer feedback and ensure systems exist to regularly review feedback, identify any trends and use the information

to refine the services offered.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have UAE Driving License

Must be relevant experience in Automotive Industry

Must be experienced in Sales Services in Automotive Industry
