Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify, target, and build relationships with restaurant fit-out companies, architects, and designers who specify shading systems.

02) Prepare commercial proposals with technical accuracy, aligning shading solutions with client needs and budget.

03) Develop a pipeline of projects within hospitality (restaurants, cafés, hotels).

04) Advise clients on best shading solutions for aesthetics, durability, wind resistance, and weather conditions.

05) Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and BOQs before approval.

06) Act as the main technical contact for key accounts (fit-out firms, restaurant chains). Provide after-sales support (maintenance guidance, upgrades, spare parts).

07) Support the negotiation of terms and contracts, balancing technical accuracy with profitability.

08) CAD / design tools familiarity for technical discussions.

09) Ensure clear payment terms are agreed upon and documented before project initiation.
