Roles & Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development
Develop comprehensive sales strategies. Tailor approach to different market segments to effectively penetrate them, utilizing in-depth knowledge of hydraulic powerpacks and cylinders.
Lead generation and customer relationship management. Identify potential clients through various channels, initiate contact, nurture relationships, and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales progress, and market trends to adjust tactics in real-time.
Product Knowledge And Support
Expert understanding of hydraulics products. Gain and maintain a detailed knowledge of our product specifications, applications, and benefits to effectively communicate these to clients.
Provide technical support and solutions. Assist customers by identifying the best products for their needs, solving technical challenges, and offering after-sales support.
Collaborate with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product development.
Sales Performance Monitoring
Track and analyze sales data. Monitor sales performance against targets, analyzing data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Adapt sales strategies based on analysis. Use insights from sales data to refine tactics, focusing on the most productive avenues for revenue generation.
- Key Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge about hydraulics powerpacks and cylinders. - Essential for providing comprehensive product information and solutions tailored to customer needs.
Mechanical background. - Fundamental to understand the technical aspects and applications of our products.
Proven sales track record. - Demonstrates the ability to close deals and generate revenue.
Excellent communication skills. - Crucial for building relationships with clients and conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Good To Have Skills:
CRM software proficiency. - Enhancing customer relationship management and sales tracking.
Problem-solving abilities. - Adds value by enabling the design of custom solutions for clients.

Monthly sales targets. - Measuring the ability to meet or exceed predefined sales figures.
