Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to resolve complex vehicle issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing downtime.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics using advanced tools, interpreting fault codes and identifying root causes accurately.
- Oversee warranty claims processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and maximizing claim approval rates.
- Train and mentor service technicians on new technologies, repair procedures, and diagnostic techniques, enhancing their skills.
- Analyze service data to identify recurring problems and trends, providing feedback to the engineering and product development teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales service, demonstrating proven experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engine management, transmission, and electrical systems, for comprehensive diagnostics.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), enabling effective communication in a global environment.
