Handle sales, service and maintenance in Upper Egypt area

Sales:

• Represent the company s products and services.
• Generating leads, contacting potential customers and building relationships to increase sales
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
• Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
• Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations
• Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld

Service:

• Install equipment and ensure proper functionality
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on medical devices
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in biomedical equipment
• Calibrate devices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Train healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities
• Order and replace defective parts as necessary
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to resolve complex issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide on-site technical support at healthcare facilities
• Develop and update service protocols and procedures
• Assist with the evaluation and selection of new biomedical equipment
• Respond promptly to emergency service requests from clients
