Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive, home appliance, security, and architectural glass sectors.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their technical and commercial needs.
  • Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to customers, ensuring optimal glass solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote Dr. Greiche s products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, reporting regularly on pipeline status and sales performance.
  • Provide post-sales support, addressing client inquiries and coordinating with service teams to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related field).

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably in the glass, construction, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of flat glass products, applications, and processing technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and build lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
