Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pumps and water services sector.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide technical consultation and support to customers regarding product selection and application.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to achieve company targets.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

  • 2-7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in pumps, water services, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
