Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Request Handling (End-to-End):
o Review client requests and identify required items.
o Prepare the request and select suitable suppliers according to scope.
o Source and evaluate offers to meet client terms; prepare a comparison sheet.
Conduct pricing using database references and market surveys, in consultation with management.
Upon order confirmation, re-negotiate with suppliers to secure the most competitive (rock-bottom) price.
Arrange shipment methods and ensure smooth logistics coordination.
Liaise with finance and freight forwarders to guarantee secure payments and safe receipt of goods.

2. Client Relationship Management:
Follow up with clients regularly to develop new business opportunities.
Maintain post-order communication to ensure client satisfaction and establish long-term, continuous business relationships.

3. Supplier Relationship Management:
research for guaranteed suppliers and explain the way of work we used to have (bidding or direct order method)
Following up with supplier about quotations status to keep settled relation between us.
