Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Daily tasks include handling enquiries addressing customer inquiries, and developing long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications :

  • Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
  • Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills, both written ana verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach
  • Kuwait Driving license.
  • Transferable Visa

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field is preferred

Prior experience in the Electrical/Electronic, especially in Lighting Industry & Poles manufacturing is beneficial

Capability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively

Knowledge in DIAlux and lighting design preferred.
