Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire protection and safety sector.
  • Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and system designs in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and recommend appropriate firefighting solutions.
  • Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project pipelines, and sales forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in firefighting or MEP industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of fire suppression systems (e.g., sprinklers, FM-200, foam systems)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel locally.
  • Must be ready to travel/relocate within KSA for the purpose of the job.
