Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within engineering and consultancy sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on business opportunities and convert them into active contracts.
2. Proposals & Technical Coordination:
- Coordinate with the Proposals team to understand technical and financial offers.
- Present proposals effectively to clients, aligning solutions with their needs.
3. Client Engagement & Representation:
- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and professional events.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
4. Reporting & CRM Management:
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline forecasts.
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and sales performance.
5. Target Achievement:
- Achieve agreed-upon part-time sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies, ethics, and confidentiality standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Conversion rate of opportunities into contracts.
- Accuracy of sales reports and pipeline management.
Skills Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho)
- Understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven with strong organizational skills
Work Environment:
- Flexible, part-time working arrangement
- Collaboration with technical, marketing, and project teams
- Exposure to engineering consultancy services and major clients
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field) (Mandatory)
- 3 5 years of experience in B2B or technical sales within engineering or consultancy services
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market (Mandatory)
- Excellent command of English and Arabic
