Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to drive business growth for our GFRP Rebar and FRP products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and commercial strategy, developing new market opportunities, expanding our client base, and building strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen the companys market presence.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Business Growth: Identify, evaluate, and convert new market opportunities into viable business deals aligned with company sales objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Expand and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, developers, government entities, and suppliers.
- Technical & Commercial Sales: Present the technical advantages of GFRP Rebar and FRP products to clients; prepare and submit comprehensive commercial and technical proposals.
- Project Tracking: Actively track ongoing and upcoming projects, tenders, and industrial opportunities relevant to our product portfolio.
- Client Management: Manage key client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction, organizing meetings, site visits, and maintaining updated client records.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate internally with production, finance, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure client needs and sales targets are met seamlessly.
- Market Representation: Represent the company professionally at exhibitions and industry events, coordinating booth preparation and marketing materials.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver periodic reports on market status, competitor activities, and sales pipelines.
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering preferred). Postgraduate (PG) qualifications are a plus.
- Experience: Proven sales and technical experience in infrastructure materials, with a strict focus on FRP and GFRP products.
- Skills: Strong engineering background combined with extensive experience in structural/engineering applications, technical presentations, and B2B sales negotiations.
