Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales opportunities for HVAC duct, duct accessories, dampers, louvers, air terminals, and related sheet metal products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, MEP companies, and project stakeholders.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals based on project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.
Coordinate with production, estimation, and engineering teams to ensure accurate pricing, technical compliance, and delivery timelines.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, submittals, approvals, and purchase orders to meet sales targets.
Provide technical support and recommend suitable ducting and air distribution solutions to clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
5+ years of sales engineering experience in duct manufacturing, HVAC, MEP, or air distribution systems.
Arab nationals preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC duct fabrication, duct accessories, dampers, louvers, air terminals, and sheet metal products.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, project specifications, BOQs, and MEP requirements.
Proven experience working with contractors, consultants, and construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
