Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, a provider of consumables and solutions to the oil & gas industry, is seeking to hire a Sales Engineer Mud Pump Consumables to be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and develop sales activities across Saudi Arabia
  • Drive revenue growth for mud pump consumables and related oilfield products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, service companies, and distributors
  • Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients
  • Assist in commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract processes
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure effective delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven sales experience in oilfield services, preferably in mud pump consumables

Technical understanding of drilling operations and related equipment

Exposure to oil & gas markets in Saudi Arabia (regional exposure is a plus)

Good network within the oilfield industry is preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Ability to work independently and support a multi-country territory
