ACTS is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The

successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting

our services, including inspection services, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), quality control, and

concrete technology consultancy.

Key

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Establish and Develop new client relationships in the Abu Dhabi

construction market.

• Service Promotion: Actively promote ACTS's services to potential clients through

marketing presentations, scheduling of meetings, and other sales initiatives.

• Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the overall growth

objectives of the company.

• Collaboration: Work closely with management team to ensure client needs are met

effectively.

• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales plans and sales activities, progress and

forecasts for management review.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a

related field or minimum sales experience of 5 years.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Middle East. Experience in the

construction, engineering, or inspection services industry is an advantage.

• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of key accounts, marketing strategy and

business development.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic is required

• Licenses: Valid UAE driving license.

• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

• Self-Motivation: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work.

• Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite is an advantage.
