Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

ECC International is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer with strong expertise in Lighting Control Systems, Smart Home Automation, and Site Coordination to support project-based sales and execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for lighting control and smart automation systems.

  • Develop and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients.

  • Conduct independent site visits, surveys, and technical meetings.

  • Design and propose compliant lighting control and automation solutions.

  • Prepare quotations, BOQs, technical submittals, RFIs, and pre-qualification documents.

  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover of lighting and automation systems

  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for project execution..

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Electrical / Control / Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

  • 2–4 years experience in lighting controls or home automation technical sales.

  • Strong knowledge of DALI, Crestron, Lutron, KNX, Zigbee, and wireless architectures.

  • Experience with site coordination, commissioning, and system handover.

  • Familiar with UAE consultants, standards, and approval processes.

  • Excellent technical communication and documentation skills.

  • Valid UAE driving license (must).
