Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for motors within domestic, municipal, and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, factories, contractors, and other clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct field visits and technical site assessments to ensure accurate project specifications and solution feasibility.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers, leveraging in-depth knowledge of ABB motors.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to update sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation for management review.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote Eldiheby and ABB Motion solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all company, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the sales process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales, preferably in motors, or related industries.
  • Willingness to work in the field and visit clients regularly.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of motor technologies, market, and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is preferred.
