Position: Sales Engineer – Pumps / Mechanical Seals & Couplings / Valves / Pipes / Fittings

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to handle sales and business development activities for Pumps, Mechanical Seals & Couplings, Valves, Pipes, and Fittings across the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience dealing with industrial, Oil & Gas, MEP, and EPC sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and EPC companies.

• Promote and sell pumps, mechanical seals, couplings, valves, pipes, fittings, and related industrial products.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the UAE market.

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.

• Provide product selection support and technical solutions based on customer requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, delivery, and project execution.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.

• Support after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3–7 years of UAE/GCC experience in industrial product sales.

• Strong experience in pumps, mechanical seals, couplings, valves, pipes, and fittings.

• Knowledge of Oil & Gas, MEP, water treatment, industrial, and EPC sectors.

• Ability to read technical specifications, datasheets, and project requirements.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
