Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales of steel, crane products and related services to various industries, including construction, manufacturing.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify potential customers, generate leads, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Provide detailed product knowledge on various types of steel, cranes, including overhead cranes, tower cranes, mobile cranes, and specialized lifting equipment.
- Assist customers with selecting the most appropriate crane solutions based on their specific needs, site requirements, and operational conditions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product specifications, design, and customizations meet client needs.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotes, and cost estimates for steel, crane systems and equipment.
- Review customer requirements and prepare detailed project proposals that include pricing, delivery timelines, and technical specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and maintenance solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the crane and lifting industry.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering
- Preferred Previous Experience in Steel/ Heavy equipment
- Good Command of English
