Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the construction and contracting sector.
Build strong relationships with procurement managers and engineers in contracting companies.
Provide technical consultancy to clients regarding suitable valve products and systems for their applications.
Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals and follow through to deal closure.
Attend industry exhibitions and specialized events to build professional networks.
Monitor market trends and provide regular reports on competition and customer needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within valves or mechanical systems.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an engineering or industrial environment.
Strong technical understanding of valves and mechanical systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and presentations.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and sales reporting tools.
