Sales Executice || Dubai | Bathroom Fixture & Sanitaryware Company Global Job Placement

Identify, approach, and manage project clients (developers, contractors, consultants, architects).

Build and maintain strong relationships to secure brand inclusion in projects.

Lead and support a team of sales executives to achieve project sales targets.

Provide technical product expertise and customized solutions for project specifications.

Develop quotations, proposals, and tender submissions in coordination with management.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks in the UAE.

Ensure regular follow-ups and successful closure of deals.

Requirements

5–7 years’ minimum experience in the UAE sanitary ware, bathroom fixtures, or related building materials sector.

Proven success in selling to the project market (developers, contractors, consultants).

Strong technical knowledge of bathroom fixtures (faucets, mixers, sanitary ware, drains, accessories).

Existing relationships with major decision-makers in the UAE construction/real estate sector.

Previous experience working with leading bathroom fixture brands such as Grohe, Jaquar, Ideal Standard, Roca, Kludi, Sanipex, or similar.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
