Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Purpose of the Job:
To maximize sales by taking new orders and reach out to potential customers in the showroom to surplus the business.
Job Accountabilities:
1 Visits customers/potential customers in the field to sell products, follows up on previous sales calls.
Create Business and negotiate strategies.
2 Generate GTVs (goods transferred vouchers) for signature by senior manager; GRVs (goods received vouchers).
3 Arrange PDIs (pre-delivery inspections) by the Workshop as instructed by sales manager.
4 Generate requisitions and forwards to procurement department.
5 Monitor and maintain stocks in showroom.
7 Arrange deliveries of equipment and vehicles.
8 Coordinate with sales team and service centre and principal for effective customer care.
9 Handle telephone inquiries from customers relating to vehicle prices and availability, warranty matters.
10 Responsible for achieving budgeted sales targets.
11 Prepare quotation for the clients and submit the invoices to the accounts department.
12 Monitor stock levels for re-ordering.
13 Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
14 Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line Manager.
