Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell air conditioning systems (split AC, ducted AC, VRF systems, etc.)

  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders to clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users

  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and payments

  • Maintain updated records of sales activities and client interactions

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (Engineering preferred – Mechanical/Electrical)

  • Proven experience in HVAC / AC sales in UAE or GCC

  • Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and market trends

  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
