Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and target markets to promote air freight services in the UAE
- Plan and conduct client meetings to understand logistics requirements and present suitable air freight solutions
- Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive sales activities and pipeline management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Develop client base through networking and consistent follow-up
- Monitor market trends, customer developments, and air freight industry updates
- Coordinate with internal operations and airline partners to ensure service delivery
Skills Set
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Time management and planning abilities
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 plus years of experience in the air freight industry within the UAE
Strong client relationship management skills with an existing industry network
Good knowledge of airline business operations and agent network development
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive sales mindset
Valid UAE driving license
